These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and guidelines for using the services provided by Al Nazar Quran Academy. By booking a FREE Trial Class, enrolling in a course, or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Enrollment

Students may enroll in any available course after completing the admission process. Parents or guardians must provide accurate information when registering students under the age of 18.

Free Trial Class

Every new student is eligible for one FREE Trial Class. The trial class allows students and parents to experience our teaching method before enrolling in a regular course.

Class Schedule

Class timings are arranged according to the student’s availability and the teacher’s schedule. Once a schedule is confirmed, students are expected to attend classes on time.

Attendance & Rescheduling

Students should inform the academy in advance if they are unable to attend a class. We will do our best to arrange a replacement class whenever possible, depending on teacher availability.

Payments

Course fees must be paid according to the selected study plan. Students are responsible for completing payments on time to avoid interruptions to their classes.

Online Learning Requirements

Students should attend classes with:

A stable internet connection
A working microphone and speaker
A suitable device for online learning
A quiet environment during lessons

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during every class. Any inappropriate behaviour, repeated disruptions, or misuse of our online learning environment may result in suspension or cancellation of classes.

Intellectual Property

All learning materials, lesson plans, website content, logos, graphics, and educational resources provided by Al Nazar Quran Academy remain the property of the academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide high-quality online Quran education, Al Nazar Quran Academy is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party platform interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or academy policies. Any updates will be published on this page.
